Refund policy

All items purchased from Manor Hair may be returned within 14 working days for a full refund. The items need to be in original condition, not damaged or used. Please contact holly@manor-hair.co.uk before returning your items. Buyer is responsible for paying for return postage and ensuring they get proof of postage.

Faulty items will be replaced after 30 days of purchase. Will need proof of fault or damage to items. Please email holly@manor-hair.co.uk and we will be happy to help with any concerns.
